2 Tins Evaporated Milk
1 TIN Condense Milk
1/2 Nutmeg – Grated
Essence – 1 tablespoon
Crack all 10 eggs in a large bowl, add the essence, then whip the eggs. After all the eggs have whipped, add the 2 cans of Evaporated milk, whip again, then add the Condense milk and whip again.
Pre-heat the oven for 350 degrees Fahrenheit or 177 degrees Celsius.
Then grate half of a nutmeg in the Egg mixture and mix it in.
Transfer everything into a baking pan / Pyrex dish.
Put in the Oven for 1 hour and 5 minutes.
Then allow it to cool down before cutting and sharing.
